At KT Tape, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance wear and recovery gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or shipment within 5-7 business days.
